General Rules on the site

The purpose of the rules is to demarcate borders, which compliance is required to use the website, comments and other online resources of IT Chuiko. The rules are formulated in the light of experience and laws.

1. Site Administration defines the rules of conduct and it reserves the right to demand of their performance from the visitors.

Use of resources:

1. Readers of the site are anyone who will go to the address it-chuiko.com.
2. Anyone can use the interactive resources on the site who registers by entering your name and valid email address.
3. The administration is obliged to use e-mail addresses registered users of the site solely for sending messages from the site and for any other purpose.

IT Chuiko prohibits:

1. The calls for violent change or overthrow the constitutional order or the seizure of state power, calls for changes in administrative boundaries, disruption of the order established by laws, calls for pogroms, arson, destruction of property, seizure of buildings or structures, the forced evictions of citizens calls to aggression or to unleash a military conflict.
2. Direct and indirect insult anyone, especially politicians, bureaucrats, journalists, resource users, including national, ethnical, racial or religious affiliation, and chauvinistic statements.
3. Obscene statements, statements of pornographic, erotic or sexual nature.
4. Any offensive conduct in relation to the authors of the articles and all the participants of the resource.
5. Statements for which there is a deliberate provocation of strong reaction of other members of the resource.
6. Advertising, commercial messages, and messages that do not have information overload and do not deal with the subject resource.
7. Any communications and other activities that are prohibited by law.

Moderation:

1. Online Resources are postmoderated, that is, the moderator read the messages after their distribution on the resource.
2. If a moderator reading the message, finds that it violates the rules of the resource, moderator has the right to remove it.
3. Each user can also complain about a comment. When dialing a certain number of complaints, the comment will be hidden for further review of the moderator.
