During this year's congress of mobile technology "Mobile World Congress 2010" Opera present Opera Mini browser, designed for the iPhone. Browser designed for Apple's smartphone, which will be presented next week in Barcelona, will be faster than Safari. The company's tests show that it will be even six times faster than Apple's browser. To a large extent this is due to the use of Opera Mini from the proxy server to compress data. With this solution not only load pages faster, but less data is transmitted, which can reduce phone bills.

But perhaps iPhone users will not be able to find out about the advantages of Opera Mini. Indeed, Apple may not approve it. That this happens is convinced Paolo Pescatore, an analyst at CCS Insight.

This follows from the fact that Apple does not approve of software that duplicates the functions already available in iPhonie. Representatives of the Opera did not expect that their application was rejected, but the browser has not yet been submitted for approval.
