Apple claims that another complaint against Nokia

altLegal battle between Apple and Nokia have entered the next level. Apple filed a complaint with the International Trade Commission, for infringing patents by Nokia. Cupertino, California company complies as Nokia and submitted a petition to the International Trade Commission in Washington, trying to force through a ban on imports of Nokia's competing products to the United States.

This court przepychanka been going on for some time. Nokia filed a lawsuit against Apple in October 2009, arguing that an American company violates several of its patents. Two months later, Apple has paid back a petition supported by similar allegations.

Nokia then complained to the MKH, in December 2009, shortly before another lawsuit against Apple, the next list of infringing patents. Nokia spokesman told Bloomberg that the company will examine the complaint when it is filed and will continue its defense. He added that this does not change the fact that Apple violates patents Nokia ever since launch of the first generation iPhone.
