In 2010, Acer will launch more phones with Android and less with Windows Mobile

Acer, one of the last major companies, PC manufacturers, which entered the market of smartphones, has now been launched about a dozen telephone terminals of most of of which is running Windows Mobile operating system from Microsoft.

In fact, only one smartphone model from Acer was based not on Windows Mobile, but on the platform Android Google. This - Acer Liquid A1.

In 2010 Acer plans to launch another 8-10 new smartphones, but this time the product line will be more balanced in respect of Android and Windows - it is expected that half of new products in 2010 from Acer will be running Android.

And while on the way to consumers is the only "android" - Acer Liquid A1 Android, which will appear in the implementation in Europe already this week. It is still unclear exactly where and at what price (although if you can believe the rumors persist, at € 379,99).
