French game developer Gameloft, known for such titles to the iPhone, like The Settlers, and Shrek Kart stated that the production of games for Android platform will receive lower priority. The reason for such actions is primarily the fact that Gameloft sells 400 times more games on the iPhone than on Android. This in turn is the result, as the representative of Gameloft, a weak store performance applications for the mobile operating system of Google.

According to the financial manager Gameloft - Alexandre de Rochefort, they are not the only company that decided to invest less in Android. Apparently the same steps taken much more development companies, explaining that unnecessary complicate the buying process applications in a virtual store and the Android, a free application that it attracts too much attention.

Alexandre de Rochefort also said that there is no such company, which accrue any significant revenues from Android App Store. For comparison, sales of games in the App Store Apple's last quarter accounted for 13% of the total profits of Gameloft.
