altNew York court in which they weigh the fate of Google's controversial plans to publish the digitized books on the Web, does not relieve the pace of work. As reported in U.S. media, Judge Denny Chin issued a ruling yesterday, under which an Internet mogul, and bookselling industry representatives have until November 9 to submit a revised version contained in the last year of the agreement. According to the original schedule, the final decision in the whole affair was a collapse just yesterday.

Signed in October last year an agreement between Google and American associations of publishers and authors assume that after paying the amount of 125 million U.S. dollars will receive the right to Google for scanning and inclusion in the Network of books owned universities and libraries. The content of the agreement also includes copyrighted works - and mainly the issue in dispute. Since the agreement was the result of a complaint the U.S. bookselling industry, it must still be approved by the court.

The agreement is thwarted, inter alia, by the French and German publishing industry. Also, many of Google's competitors - even as the Amazon - and the U.S. Department of Justice objected to the planned agreement. After the sharp words of criticism of Google and the association of publishers and authors to correct records began settlement.
