The purpose of this program is to identify cyber attacks on private companies, government agencies, infrastructure, energy (nuclear power plants, power lines). Supervision in accordance with the new program will provide the government agency National Security Agency. The views of representatives of business and government are divided on the activities of National Security Agency.
