Mozilla releases Firefox 4 Beta 1 - a completely new interface and support for HTML5

Mozilla introduced the first public beta version of its new browser Firefox 4. As expected, in its fourth edition of the popular browser has got a completely new user interface, as well as improved functionality, including enhanced support for the latest web standards HTML5.

In user interface design Firefox 4 Beta 1, first of all, attention is drawn to the window tabs at the top of the browser window as implemented in Google Chrome. Moreover, as already stated, there is support for HTML5, as well as new open video standard WebM, actively promote the corporation Google.

Among other things, in the first beta of Firefox 4, there are other changes that should help improve the performance of the browser and its security. This includes support for hardware acceleration when working with graphics, improvements in the processes of CSS3 and javascript rendering, and a solution for the vulnerability, which allows to obtain unauthorized access to the browser history.

We add that Firefox 4 Beta 1 is available for users of software platforms, Linux, Mac OS and Windows. While the timing issue a release candidate or final release of this browser is not officially mentioned, but very often after the presentation of the first beta version has to wait only a few months.
