AMD released the next version of graphics card drivers from the ATI Radeon series for Windows operating systems. The Catalyst 9.9 package eliminates such some problems with the operation's Catalyst Control Center.
Drivers are available for download in versions for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, both 32 - and 64-bit. AMD to retrieve a complete set of Catalyst (which consists of both the drivers and Catalyst Control Center the center, and additional components such as Avivo codec or HydraVision module) and installed separately selected programs (eg, the same drivers).
Catalyst 9.9 is designed for holders of:
- Graphics cards with ATI Radeon HD Series: HD 4890, HD 4550, HD 4870 X2, HD 4350, HD 4850 X2, HD 3800, HD 4800, HD 3600, HD 4700, HD 3400, HD 4670, HD 2900, HD 4650, HD 2600, HD 4600, HD 2400,
- Integrated graphics chipset Radeon: 3000, 3100, HD 3200, HD 3300, HD 4200,
- Multimedia Card: ATI All-In-Wonder HD, ATI Theater 600/650, HD Theater 750, Theater 550 PRO
- HPC GPU: AMD FireStream 9270, FireStream 9170, FireStream 9250
Amendments in Catalyst 9.9 include problem which consists in removing you see the "unhandled exception error" when you run Hotkeys Manager in Catalyst Control Center and eliminate the delays in the operation of the sliders feature Edge enhancement and De-Noise. Drivers also introduce support for CrossFire mode in the game Resident Evil 5 and support for anti-aliasing in the game, Ghostbusters 3, and eliminate errors in displaying graphics in Sims 3
