G-Monster Mini - the world's smallest SSD drives with SATA interface

IBM's PhotoFast SSD drives visit new G-Monster mini fitted with a SATA interface. The manufacturer believes that this is the smallest such equipment in the world.
Monster mini-G was built based on SLC (single-level cell) or MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash. From the first use models with a capacity of 16 GB and 32 GB, while the other - with a capacity of 16 GB and 64 GB. The devices are equipped with SATA interface 1.5 / 3.0 Gb / s and allows data transfer with a maximum speed of 100/70 MB / s (read / write). They drive in appearance and are characterized by very small dimensions - 25 x 40 x 6.6 mm

Drives are covered by the annual guarantee. Unfortunately, we are not given their suggested prices.
