OpenSUSE development team announced the release of the second and probably last release candidate (Release Candidate) openSUSE 11.2 distribution, which has been codenamed Fichte. The new version contains many bug fixes, changes and package updates. OpenSUSE 11.2 RC2 system based on Linux kernel 2.6.31.5, and graphics subsystem X.org Server 1.6.5. Among the innovations are worth mentioning addition to the distribution of the latest version of Internet Mozilla SeaMonkey 2.0, Firefox update to version 3.5.4 and Samba 3.4.2.
