Papaya 5.0 more efficient and scalable

altNumber 5 marked a new version of content management system (Content Management System, CMS) Papaya promises better performance and scalability. CMS operates in a manner distributed on multiple computers linked in a cluster, and uses a different database backend. By contrast, several gradual buffering scheme is expected to streamline the processing of data.

Papaya can work under multiple domains from a single plant and has extensive powers of management mechanism. Of the output data formats it supports include HTML, XHTML, XML and PDF. In addition, include an improved multimedia database and improved management software forums.

The software is licensed under the GPL. The new edition can be downloaded for free from the project. Offered are also payable modules, which allow CMS retrofitted with additional features such as streaming video content and converting. Disposal we have a module blogowy and statistical functions.
