The Duchess of Sussex wrote an impassioned plea to her estranged father to stop "victimising" her in the media shortly after her wedding, it emerged Wednesday.

In a letter that she sent to her dad after the wedding, Meghan's friend said, the duchess wrote: "Dad, I'm so heartbroken".

Meghan, 37, whose friends are speaking out to PEOPLE this week about the "global bullying" of her, held hands with Harry as they entered Draper's Hall in London's financial district for the Endeavour Fund Awards. "And at the same time, because she's a daughter, she has a lot of sympathy for him", one of the friends said.

And they've not let Meghan's pregnancy slow them down at all in their royal duties, as they made a joint appearance just days ago in the English town of Bristol. The pair are also preparing to move from their home at Kensington Palace's Nottingham Cottage to Frogmore Cottage, about an hour outside London. He's never called. He's never texted.

"If I'm thrown some kind of curveball, I always think, 'I gotta talk to Meg, '" said a former colleague. And she feels like, 'That's the opposite of what I'm saying. "She kept on reassuring him she loved him".

"They have been made to appear as siblings who had this falling out, and that's not the truth at all", she said.

In fact, she kept learning about his health problems from news stories and was very anxious but did not get to talk to him. [Later] Meg heard he had a heart attack and she's calling and texting, even up to the night before the wedding. It was like, "Please pick up. I love you, and I'm scared.' It was endless". Please stop victimising me through the media so we can fix our relationship'. "In the room she made up for me, there was a candle lit by the bed, slippers and a robe".

"I'm very much your sister and if you don't like it too bad", Samantha snarled via Twitter.

Please stop victimising me through the media so we can fix our friendship.

Mr Markle apparently responded with a long note asking for a media photo opportunity. "Did you hear anything I said?" the aforementioned mentioned friends said.

Meghan's friends also voiced concerns about how the additional stress is affecting her.

"Meg cooks for herself and Harry every single day - there's no chef or butler", the person (who refused to be named but who has been dubbed the "close confidante" by the magazine) says. It was our time. That pal says Meghan "made tea every day" and the "most lovely meals".

With a list of clinical trials to back up the product's impressive claims it's no surprise Markle is massaging this oil into her skin (in a circular motion, twice daily, as the instructions suggest). That's how she plays with them.
