Cape Town - Kim Kardashian and Kanye West look to have an exciting year ahead, and are reportedly expecting baby number four according to US Weekly.

Kim opted for a surrogate with Chicago due to a health condition known as placenta accreta, which would have made her third pregnancy life-threatening.

According to United States outlets, the couple's surrogate is pregnant and is due to give birth to the child in "very early may". Later, he wrote: "Just so in 2019 you know where I stand". So, that was instantly a relief for me 'cause that was what I was most nervous about and I just feel so lucky that I've had such a good experience with surrogacy ...

It would be recalled that earlier in December, the duo of Kim and Kanye issue a warning to Drake when they accused him of threatning their family during a phone call. It's unclear if it is the same woman they used to carry Chicago, who was born last January, but they reportedly had a great relationship with her.

Kim, who was advised it was too risky for her to carry another child, turned to surrogacy to have her second daughter, Chicago. "She's so happy with the whole process and thrilled with the surrogate".

"One of my favourite of many things about what the Trump hat represents to me is that people can't tell me what to do because I'm black", West added on Twitter.

Kendall attended the party with her National Basketball Association star boyfriend Ben Simmons, according to "Entertainment Tonight", which also said that Kylie was seen with her boyfriend Travis Scott.

Whatever the case, Kardashian's fourth child may wind up being her last.

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West arrive at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards in New York, August 28, 2016.

What do you think they will name their son?
