New accuser says she witnessed sexual abuse by Kavanaugh

But Kavanaugh says what he has been accused of by Christine Blasey Ford is altogether different. He also revealed the identity of the woman making the allegation: Julie Swetnick.

President Donald Trump did not address Swetnick's allegations, but he did knock her lawyer, Avenatti, in a tweet Wednesday afternoon.

Ford said she was able to escape when Judge jumped on top of all of them, sending all three tumbling.

"Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation", he said on Twitter.

In an interview with Fox News on Monday, Kavanaugh was asked whether he ever participated in or was aware of any gang rape at a party he attended. "When I see it, I view it differently than someone sitting home watching television where they say, 'Oh, Judge Kavanaugh this and that'".

Swetnick alleged she became one of the victims of "one of these "gang" or "train" rapes".

Now, after more than a week of public and contentious negotiations between Ford's lawyers and Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, the judge and the professor accusing him are slated to testify. "And of course that's very important because apparently in those notes there's a differing story about how many people were present at the party, there's no mention of Judge Kavanaugh, and so all of that information would be very important to determine whether there's any corroboration of this allegation".

Elizabeth Rasor, who dated Brett Kavanaugh's high school friend Mark Judge in college, says she is willing to talk with the Federal Bureau of Investigation about her claim that Judge told her about having group sex with a drunk woman in high school. I am here this morning to answer these allegations and to tell the truth.

Swetnick, 55, identified herself as a Washington, D.C. resident.

"She said that in high school she had been trapped in a room and physically restrained by one boy who was molesting her while another boy watched", his statement says.

It also appears that Kavanaugh got into trouble with his parents from time to time. She had worked for several government agencies, including the U.S. Mint and the State Department, and had held security clearances, she said.

Swetnick was as an IBM digital analyst, according to Heavy.com.

Trump's dismissal of the claims against Kavanaugh echo his past defenses of his own behavior. He also called the claims a "con game" by Democrats. A fourth from her husband says that during a 2012 couples therapy session, Ford named her attacker as Brett Kavanaugh.

Sexual assault is horrific.

"I am simply requesting - for the 7th time now over the last 48 hours - that Ms. Ramirez's attorneys provide the Senate Judiciary Committee with any evidence that they have before we move to the next steps". Many women's groups are demanding that the Senate Judiciary Committee stop the nomination process.

"For Michael Avenatti to just simply throw out there that there are these unnamed people who are going to make these allegations that is really not how the process should work", Toobin said Tuesday on CNN's "New Day".

"We believe Anita Hill".

Kavanaugh was handpicked by Donald Trump for the lifelong post on the Supreme Court, and has continued to enjoy the USA president's steadfast support despite the allegations against him.

"Violence against women should have no place in our society and it certainly should have no place on the highest court in the nation".
