Hazard hit the headlines with a sensational solo goal to lead Chelsea to a come-from-behind 2-1 win over Liverpool in the third round of the EFL Cup.

Chelsea's winning run came to an end last weekend in the league with a 0-0 draw away at West Ham and now they face the only team with a 100% record in Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

And after the match, his teammate and England worldwide Ross Barkley has come out to say why exactly Eden Hazard is better than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. "That makes a big difference", Hazard added.

Liverpool saw less of possession in the first half but registered more shots on target than Maurizio Sarri's men.

Antonio Rudiger (muscle problem) and Pedro Rodriguez (shoulder) are Sarri's main injury concerns ahead of the Liverpool game. "I think that if he is able to improve, he will be the best in the world". Sarri has consistently played down his team's chances of lifting the Premier League trophy this season, but he is far more confident that Jurgen Klopp's men possess the requisite quality. His battle with Trent Alexander-Arnold could be fascinating, not just in terms of the young full-back stopping the Belgian, but also because Hazard isn't too fond of tracking back, and Arnold's overlapping could be crucial in Liverpool's approach.

The Merseysiders will take comfort from the fact they now sit two points clear at the top of the table after winning all six of their league games so far and another victory tomorrow would open up a five point gap with Chelsea.

"No, I think he wants three points", Molby said on LFC TV, when asked if Klopp would take a point now. That said, Liverpool don't alter their style of play depending on where the match is being played and they will pose a hard test for the home side. "That will give us a lot of confidence for the weekend", he said.

It has been claimed that Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard does not score as many goals as Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo because he is not as selfish as they are. He is certainly passionate as a manager and his players respect him whereas we are not sure the same can be said of Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho over in Manchester.

The two will now meet again at Stamford Bridge in a league game and Molby says Klopp will be going for all three points.

"I just can't fathom this guy out". Definitely not in the Premier League.
