Tom Arnold says Mark Burnett is ‘protecting’ Donald Trump by withholding tapes from The Apprentice

A battery report was filed by the actor on Monday, Variety reported Monday.

She tweeted that Arnold attacked her and her husband, and posted a photo of a bruise on her hand that she says Arnold caused. "I'm waiting for LAPD", claimed Arnold via Twitter, adding that he's going to sue Downey for defamation. Is your TV show worth it Tom?'

"Bullsh*t. You lie your insane husband attacked me you psycho", he tweeted. Arnold's attorney Marty Singer confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that Arnold was "attacked" by Burnett, but didn't say what their next steps will be.

Soon after, Arnold's pal Patton Oswalt tweeted a photo of them together along with this caption: "I'm with @TomArnold, everyone. We gotta protect this brutal angel".

Tom Arnold took to Twitter Sunday night to accuse Mark Burnett of assaulting him.

The 59-year-old actor was reportedly involved in an altercation with Burnett - who he has repeatedly accused of concealing the "Trump Tapes", recordings allegedly showing President Donald Trump of acting inappropriately while filming The Apprentice - at the annual Evening Before the Emmys bash in California, but both sides had very different accounts of what had happened.

He is pursuing his claims in the upcoming Viceland show The Hunt for the Trump Tapes, which premieres in the U.S. tomorrow.

Some have speculated the fight was a publicity stunt. (A source within earshot of the tussle said Arnold challenged Burnett on the Apprentice outtakes, specifically.) The source also said it was unclear who made the first move.

Shortly after the incident witnessed by others in the entertainment business, Arnold tweeted out, "Mark Burnett just went ..." The Los Angeles Police Department has also not commented on the incident.

Tom Arnold has worked on a series called "The Hunt for Trump Tapes".

He claims he has witnesses to back him up as well as a video shot on director Bryan Fogel's phone. In response, President Trump then tweeted in August of 2018 that Mark Burnett had assured him that no such tapes existed.
