Julian Draxler, Edinson Cavani, Angel Di Maria and Moussa Diaby were all on target as Paris Saint-Germain continued their strong start to the season with a routine 4-0 Ligue 1 win at home to Saint-Etienne.

"I know 10", Tuchel said to Canal+ Sport when asked about his selection plans for the trip to Anfield.

Saint-Etienne wasted a host of early chances in Friday's meeting at the Parc des Princes and Julian Draxler's terrific header earned the Ligue 1 champions a 22nd-minute advantage.

However, there is little doubt that PSG will face a far tougher examination at Anfield in their opening Champions League group outing than they did here against Saint-Etienne.

The Brazil global was in the stands alongside suspended teammate Kylian Mbappe to watch the French champions register their fifth victory from as many Championnat matches through Julian Draxler, Edinson Cavani (penalty), Angel Di Maria and Moussa Diaby goals.

Mbappe served the first of his three-game ban due to shoving opponent, and the world's most expensive player Neymar also watched from the stand after being rested following his global duty.

Tuchel said: "The only problem is, what's the risk for him tomorrow night? I'll talk to the key players and I'll be watching Liverpool's game against Tottenham tomorrow and decide on Monday". It will be a big test for us.

"If we do not hurt PSG when they are in doubt, it's very hard. It is important that he is on the pitch tomorrow and wins the game for us then", Tuchel told media on Thursday.

He told www.asse.fr: "Based on the first period, the score is very hard on us".

"We know that Liverpool will be very different". We lost too many easy balls and that gave our opponents solutions.

Mbappe begins a three-game ban from domestic action handed down after he was sent off right at the end of PSG's 4-2 win at Nimes a fortnight ago.

But the German does recognise facing compatriot Klopp at Liverpool's historic home will be a real challenge for his team.
