Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers returned to Sunday night's game against the Chicago Bears after an injury scare in the second quarter.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers left the field on a cart after he was injured on Roy Robertson-Harris' sack midway through the second quarter.

Rodgers was later carted off the field, but would return to the field for the Packers after halftime.

The Bears scored on their first two possessions of the game and began the second half in the same fashion, driving 60 yards on 11 plays before settling for Cody Parkey's 33-yard field goal that gave them a 20-0 lead.

The Packers quickly drove down the field upon Rodgers' reentry Sunday night to lead the Packers to a field goal and trim Green Bay's deficit to 17. He also ran for 32 yards on seven carries, including a 2-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. I just can't tell you how proud I am with him, " coach Mike McCarthy said.

For Rodgers, we can just add it to the list. It wasn't much different following a game against the Cardinals at Soldier Field early in his second season.

Fuller was one of the first Bears to talk Sunday night and one of the last to leave the locker room, where he sat in silence despondently staring at the ground. Perhaps McKenzie is also looking at college tape of players he can take with one of the first round picks the Raiders received in exchange for their Pro Bowl defender.

DeShone Kizer, who the Packers acquired via trade with the Cleveland Browns back in March, is the only other active quarterback on the roster.

It didn't matter. After three more incomplete passes, Trubisky was stripped of the ball on a sack from Packers linebacker Nick Perry. "As we kept stringing those together, we started making plays". On a goal-line play on the first drive where Trubisky ran it in for the touchdown, Chicago had left tackle Charles Leno Jr. lined up as the slot receiver. Remember when the narrative on Rodgers was that he could put up unbelievable stats and win games, but he couldn't lead comebacks? "We knew they were going to do some insane stuff to keep it simple; tackle over, lineman out at wide receiver spots, three guys in the backfield", Green Bay linebacker Blake Martinez said post-game.
