Alisson to make Liverpool debut against Napoli

After training, Alisson admitted that his first session has taught him a lot about Liverpool's playing style and his new teammates.

The 25-year-old Brazil global joined from AS Roma last month, smashing the world-record transfer fee for a goalkeeper in a deal worth up to £64 million.

The new goalkeeper will play in Liverpool's upcoming friendlies against Serie A's Napoli and Torino.

Liverpool signed Alisson from AS Roma for a world record fee.

At full-time, players will also be handing out gifts and golden tickets, giving lucky Reds fans unforgettable Anfield experiences, such as invitations to Open Training sessions.

Klopp, however, believes the second half of last season confirmed Liverpool had moved on without the Brazil global and that a straight replacement for Coutinho does not exist.

Former Reds midfielder McManaman is hopeful that Liverpool FC can win their first silverware under German head coach Klopp.

"Although these two weeks don't seem like a long time, it's enough for us to be ready for our first game against West Ham", Alisson said. "A game in midweek but in the summer holidays should be an opportunity, against a really good opponent - it's a really important game for us, it's not "some game" - to show up with our supporters".

"It's only my first day and I feel at home already".

"It has been a great day which I had been looking forward to", Alisson said.

"I'm very happy to have them alongside me and to be a part of this project that Liverpool have and the great work they have been doing over recent years".

"I really hope we see us all together because from my point of view we want to do things like that more often in the future, maybe earlier in the season when the players are back earlier".

"I only heard about it but it's obviously hard to come to Anfield, to get a ticket and all that stuff". I know Fabinho and Bobby and I'm sure they're going to help me.
