Wales global goalkeeper Danny Ward has completed his move from Liverpool to Leicester.

Once the German keeper had made those mistakes it never really felt like he would continue to be Liverpool's number one.

All five of Leicester City's pre-season fixtures can be seen live on LCFC TV.

The 25-year-old has signed a four-year contract at King Power Stadium and becomes the Foxes' fourth summer signing after the arrival of attacking midfielder James Maddison, Northern Ireland global defender Jonny Evans and Portuguese full-back Ricardo Pereira.

However, despite making four appearances for his country Wales, Ward featured in only three competitive games for Liverpool throughout his career at Anfield.

Leicester's pre-season matches begin on July 21 with a match against Notts County, with an additional four to follow before the 2015-16 champions return to Premier League action against Manchester United on August 10.

Meanwhile, reports that Ward has now been dropped from Liverpool's clash with Blackburn Rovers tonight have now emerged, with the 25-year-old having been due to start the game for Jurgen Klopp's side.

Boasting vast experience at worldwide level, after starring for Colombia in the previous two World Cups, David Ospina also possesses Premier League and European experience - all of which would encourage Leicester to make a move.

Danny joined the reds in January 2012 from Wrexham for £100,000, and in more recent years has spent time on loan at Morecambe, Aberdeen and Huddersfield Town - helping the latter move from the Championship into English football's top flight.
