Ant-Man And The Wasp Box Office Collection Day 2: The Marvel Film Earns Rs 16.02 Crore

Avengers: Infinity War collected Rs 30 crore on Day 1, making it 2018's biggest opening in India while Black Panther made Rs 5.60 crore. Before getting "snapped", odd views millions of different possible outcomes for the battle with Thanos, and in only one do the Avengers prevail. So, while the importance of the Quantum Realm in Avengers 4 remains to be seen, Holland's comments seem to suggest it will factor heavily. There are only a few clues to our disposal to figure out what Avengers 4 might be about. You can read the rest of the interview with Benedict Cumberbatch over at The Star. Ant-Man And The Wasp is set before the events that occur in Avengers: Infinity War. Only in this one case was he entangled in the Quantum Realm and is now the person who can save the day via this Realm.

Benedict Cumberbatch knows a thing or two about cliffhangers. Unusual decides to give up the Time Stone to Thanos after this, and says it "was the only way". This tiny slip of the tongue from Marvel's worst secret keeper has fans salivating even more now for the finale of the MCU's Phase 3 and the future of the film franchise as a whole. Unusual could have given up the time stone at any point in that battle but chose that specific moment.

In the "Ant-Man and the Wasp" end-credits scene, Ant-Man goes into the Quantum Realm to retrieve quantum particles. It is speculated that the microverse is the window into alternative universes and different times. Then again, this is Avengers: Infinity War, a comic book crossover in which Earth's finest cobble together to ward off the oncoming apocalypse, so perhaps it's a case of suspending our disbelief that little bit more so that we can enjoy Infinity War for what it really is - a massive, deeply emotional blockbuster that (mostly) delivers on its sky-high expectations. It's a very intriguing theory, but it has not been officially confirmed in any capacity. Does this tell us some possible plot points, or just an innocent misspeak on Tom's part?
