Even as North Korea engages in diplomacy with the United States for denuclearization, USA intelligence officials have spotted evidence that points to the communist nation's unwillingness to fully dismantle its nuclear program while concealing key parts, the Washington Post said Sunday. "If they have the strategic decision already made to do that and they are cooperative, we can move very quickly".

Even if North Korea's promises were honest, it could take years of work, accompanied by an unprecedented agreement to grant access to outside inspectors, before United States officials could confidently say that the weapons threat has been neutralised.
