Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt Custody Documents Leak

The bitter custody battle for the six children of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie continues.

The 43-year-old actress now has primary custody over the six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - she has with her estranged husband, but according to new court papers, she could lose that custody arrangement the Fight Club star doesn't spend more time with his brood.

"It is critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

According to the documents, Angelina must provide Brad with the cell phone number of each child, and allow him to call whenever he wants.

Pitt will spend June 8 to June 17 with the kids for four hours a day while he stays in London, where his ex-wife is now renting a home and shooting Maleficent 2.

For example, Jolie used to monitor all phone calls and texts between Pitt and the children, but the judge laid down strict new cell phone policy in which Pitt can call and text each child at will. The report states that Angie will need to switch up how she lets the kids interact with Pitt as the judge finds the current setup "harmful" to the children.

Jolie and Pitt share six children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and nine-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - and the kids have been living with their mom since the couple split in the fall of 2016.

According to documents, the issue stems from the children's lack of relationship with their father due to the amount of time they are spending with Jolie.

A detailed summer visitation schedule was even set up for the kids and Brad.

Later in the month, from 8 to 14 July, Brad will be allowed to spend four consecutive days with the kids. The doctor is once again required to be present and will meet with the kids before and after each two day period.

Reps for Pitt, 54, or Jolie, 43, have not commented. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation. Pitt will choose one or two of the minor children to see at a time and during this period, he gets to spend time with each child at least twice.

In the year since, the couple have continued to finalize their custody arrangements and divorce. A child therapist will also be with the children during that time.

"Brad and Neri are still very much in each other's lives, although not as much as he would like", a friend of the pair told Us Weekly in May.

From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.
