Prince Philip, who retired from public duties past year, did not attend the ceremony that involves more than 1,400 soldiers, 400 musicians and 200 horses.

Prince Harry and his new wife Meghan Markle, now known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, were in attendance along with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Princess Charlotte, 4, appeared to enjoy the rest of the parade, clapping alongside her brother Prince George and Savannah Phillips, their cousin. In a video that's now gone viral, you can see her jokingly conducting an orchestra, making amusing faces and then. wait for it. putting her hand over Prince George's mouth.

The Duke of Edinburgh, who has effectively retired from official public duties, was the only major figure missing from the gathering.
