Another Rapper Backs Kanye West

Kim Kardashian Strongly Defends Kanye West's Support of Trump

And even Kim Kardashian wanted her husband to clarify his stance!

West has been tweeting rambly, defiant, pro-Trump tweets all week, while also dodging reprimands from his wife, going back and forth with his mother-in-law, and getting real excited about a MAGA hat. "He is my brother".

A day after the rapper posted a photo of himself wearing the famous red MAGA hat on Twitter, the campaign released a mass text to subscribers advertising the campaign gear. "Lincoln was a Republican", he told "Fox & Friends" on Thursday. "You're way too powerful and influential to endorse who [Trump] is and what he stands for". "I tweeted the John text to show that there are people around me that disagree with me and voice their opinion", West tweeted. If history is erased, we don't have to deal with its consequences. "I don't agree with everything Trump does". "But artists can't be blind to the truth". While Kanye replied civilly, saying, "I love you John and I appreciate your thoughts", he ended up accusing John of manipulation.

"He's a free thinker, is that not allowed in America?" I don't agree with everything Trump does.

And despite putting my update on the piece, I found myself dwelling on this for awhile.

Writer and social media addict. Trump transitioned from a NY yuppie turned reality star into the so-called "leader of the free world" who manipulated a base of rural, Middle American voters into believing he would carry out their best interests. "Because some of his ideas differ from yours you have to throw in the mental health card? That's just not fair". On one hand that's lovely that West wants to live in a world where everyone gets along and little old things like racism, sexism and prejudice don't exist, but on the other hand that's so far from reality. But this is his opinion. You have people do that they become much more popular. "He by no means mentioned he agrees along with his politics".

The inside look came a little less than two weeks after West rejoined Twitter after almost a year's hiatus from the social media website.

"Talked to him two days ago", Chance tweeted Wednesday. Same Ye from the VMAs, same Ye from the telethon ... What began as a series of tweets revealing he's parted ways with his manager Scooter Braun and bragging about his Yeezy apparel company, evolved into the rapper sharing his love for President Trump, which resulted in some backlash.
