Malaysian police on Wednesday released a photograph of one of two suspects in the killing of the Hamas rocket and drone expert, saying they have yet to identify the pair, who may still be in the country. "The criminal Israeli aggression is manifested in the assassinations and targeted killings that are part of the Zionist enemy's ongoing and organized program against the opposition".

The suspects were believed to have entered Malaysia sometime in late January, but it was not known what nationalities they were or where they had traveled from, said Mohamad Fuzi. He said they were well-built, in excellent shape and around 1.80 meters [5 feet 9 inches] tall.

A fresh image released by Malaysian police showed a light-skinned man with dark, wavy hair and a dark goatee.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Monday said that Israel was behind the assassination of Hamas operative and Palestinian engineer Dr.

Israeli media reports say Mossad may have killed Batsh over his work on drones for Hamas.

Ashraf al-Qedra, spokesman of the health ministry in Gaza, told reporters that the 26-year-old Palestinian journalist Ahmad Abu Hussein was critically wounded by an Israeli gunshot as he was covering the "Great March of Return" east of Jabalia in northern Gaza Strip.

Malaysia's Humanitarian Care (MyCare) chief executive officer Kamarul Zaman Shaharul Anwar said on Tuesday that it had finally obtained approval to take Dr Fadi's remains to Gaza after going through several agencies in Egypt.

Mossad is believed to have assassinated Palestinian militants and scientists in the past, but rarely confirms such operations. He was moved from Gaza to a hospital in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and then transferred to a hospital in Israel, where he died.

Batsh was a lecturer at Universiti Kuala Lumpur, specializing in power engineering, according to the university.
