East southeast wind 7 to 9 miles per hour. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 miles per hour with gusts of 35 miles per hour or more will be possible along and north of Birmingham to Calera to the Wedowee line. This all happens under partly-mostly sunny skies. High near 63. Rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch is possible.

Friday: A 30 percent chance of showers. Wind: N 10-15 miles per hour.

As high pressure continues its hold on New Jersey's atmosphere, we'll continue the dry forecast for Monday.

Tuesday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 7 am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 7 am. East southeast wind 3 to 8 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service said we could see widespread fog Friday morning and a shower on Tuesday or Wednesday, but no snow.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy and warm.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 76.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with scattered flurries before 10 p.m. Winds could gust as high as 30 miles per hour.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 68.

Thursday night: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Temperatures will stay below normal through much of this week with highs for the most part staying in the mid to upper 60's and lows closer to 50.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 46. North winds will begin to increase for western Kansas during the afternoon.

Sunny, with a high near 62. Wind: N/NW 10-15. Low: 47. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 47.
